Buffalo Turkey Meatballs

You asked and we deliver. Bring on the Buffalo!! While the name of the sauce has nothing to do with buffalo or bison, the credit for this tasty sauce goes to a small family restaurant back in 1939 in Buffalo, NY. We anticipate our meatball craze will continue with this lighter version of a favorite bar food fare. We’ve taken lean ground turkey jazzed it up and baked it donned in our house made Buffalo sauce.
