Who doesn’t love a good chimichurri sauce in the warm weather? This bright herby sauce originating in Argentina is a flavor bomb and perfect for most grilled meats or really to elevate just about anything. With a mix of fresh herbs, garlic, tangy lemon and a little kick will send your palate to the next level. A meal you can feel good about eating since its so light. We’ve taken our signature roasted salmon, dressed it with this “green goddess” and paired it with jasmine rice and French beans. A spring/summer classic weeknight dinner. Enjoy Freshies!
