So we’re bringing Chimichurri to the party, a bright herby sauce served across Argentina and tossing it on our favorite proteins to kickstart the warm weather. With a mix of fresh herbs, garlic, tangy lemon and just a little kick, this sauce has all the flavor without the guilt. We’ve taken our signature herb grilled flank steak and dressed it with this super light “green goddess”, and paired it with brown rice and roasted broccoli.
