Culture lesson: Bulgogi means “fire meat” Bul is fire and Gogi is meat in Korean. Bulgogi is one of Korea’s most popular beef dishes made from choice cuts of steak that are marinated overnight in soy and other amazing flavors and char grilled usually right at your table. We are bringing all this Korean delight to our NJ Freshies, because we just love raising the bar. Traditionally this is eaten wrapped in lettuce leaves, so it’s LOW CARB for the win!
